Nationally Acclaimed Speaker, Author and Nurse to Speak to Las Vegas Area Caregivers

LAS VEGAS, NEV. – LeAnn Thieman, author of the Chicken Soup for the Nurse’s Soul books and founder of SelfCare for HealthCare™, is providing her inspiring presentation, Hearts & Healing, to caregivers impacted by the Las Vegas shooting. This event, being held from 9:30 – 11 a.m. on March 13 at the Nevada System for Higher Education, is being provided at no charge to attendees and is being hosted by the Nevada Hospital Association (NHA), the state trade association for Nevada’s hospitals, in partnership with the Nevada Action Coalition.
In response to the October 1, 2017, event, Ms. Thieman felt compelled to do something for caregivers in the Las Vegas community affected by this horrific tragedy. In addition to this event, she has provided her empowering presentation to caregivers at Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center and University Medical Center.
