NHA 2019 Salary Survey Begins
Each January, the Nevada Hospital Association (NHA) conducts the Annual Salary Survey for Members. This survey captures compensation benefits information reported by facility type and position and provides information on:
- Pay data for each job title from entry level through executive broken out by facility type, FTEs, revenue, geography and number of beds
- Benefits information covering time off, health insurance and pension plans
- Average pay rates and hire-on rates for staff nurse by years of experience

Available data can help set salary scales for various positions and help human resources personnel attract well-qualified healthcare professionals with an attractive compensation package. Please remember that only hospitals that have participated in the salary survey by submitting a Participation/Designed Contact Form and entering salary data into the salary survey site will be able to view the final reports.
